Returns & Refunds (WhatsApp Orders)
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if: the product arrived damaged; the product is defective or tampered; you received the wrong product. Contact us on WhatsApp with photos.
Opened products can only be returned if they are defective or not as described. Change of mind returns on opened food products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
Once your return is accepted, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
